The Lord reminded me of the unprecedented move of His Spirit across the entire planet that we can expect to happen. He never gives me a time-line, but often reminds us of what’s come. He said it was going to be a sustained burn like the Sun. He elaborated on what ignition looked like. I then saw in a vision a match strike, a lighter flick on a flame, iron striking a rock to create a spark, a magnesium match igniting a fire, an ignition key starting a car and the blast of a rocket that took off. I saw the critical mass of hydrogen reaching a stage where a star was born. He then showed me that He is the initiator, the main catalyst, the fire starter, the ignition of what’s to come.
He showed me that without Him starting the fire, the outpouring, rallies, events, gatherings, etc., are temporary flare-ups.
He reiterated we are near ignition for a sustained burn, an event in history like no other. It will be like nothing we have ever experienced personally. I saw great moves of His Spirit at Vineyard and through the Toronto Renewal. It was like nothing I ever saw before, and now He is saying that what we saw before will be eclipsed by something never expected nor witnessed before in our personal lives.
He showed me there would be great power anointing for us all. No matter where we are, at the grocery store, on the streets or at work, hundreds will come to Christ before our very eyes. He said to imagine hundreds of thousands of Kathryn Kuhlmans, Smith Wigglesworths, William Branhams, Aimee Semple McPhersons, spread across the globe. He said we would be like them. There would be no stars or single ministries. There will be no room for exploitation or undue influence. We would all be on board. The real deal will be power anointing and not just clever sermons and words. Like it says in I Cor 4:20, “For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk, but of power.”
I felt like He was showing me that there would not be one style of ministry, but many, like having a preferred doctor. We would individually bring our own flavor or personality and uniqueness. We would have long term relationship with those we minister to rather than anonymous, fly by ministry. It will be a discipleship relationship with a pastoral anointing. It will be relational, a reflection of our real relationship with Him. It will be our authentic selves having been forged in private communion with Him.
He encourages us to stay on track. We are all on the right track digging deep into genuine, frank relationship with the Lord. He says to go deeper until no fear exists between us and Him. It’s about intimate love knowing His care and being known. There is no retribution in this love relationship.
