We are entering an era where formula ministry will no longer be the norm. We are used to applying varying principles and ways of doing ministry, healing, prophesying, preaching, evangelizing etc.. Like following a recipe to the letter we have done things that have been wisdom to us, but in reality they have been the training wheels. The Lord is about to remove the training wheels. Methods of ministry will no longer work and that is why there are inconsistent results. The Spirit of the Lord will move through all for all. Every individual will be touched in a way that is meaningful to them. One shoe does not fit all. One shoe can fit many, but many are left out. No one will be left out in what is to come. Everyone will have something to bring to the table, not just a few.
If we rely on formulas, in a way we are controlling the outcome. God is only a guest in our dealings and He will no longer have that. He is the Host, not the guest of His outpouring. We are not the outpouring. He is the Outpouring. We are the not power. He is Power. It’s time to let Him be God in our midst. This coming great move of His Spirit is Him taking full precedence and He includes everyone. Everyone is a star as a minister or as a recipient.
